As the pioneer of the Particleboard (or Chipboard, 縮合板, 刨花板, パーティクルボード) industry in Sarawak, Subur Tiasa Particleboard Sdn Bhd is an established Particleboard factory with a strong history of a commitment to quality, affordability and being excellent in customer-oriented services. Since operation began in 1995, we have received positive reception and recognition by the global markets and have successfully penetrated into the Asian and Middle Eastern markets including Korea, India, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, China and Taiwan. Leveraging on the benefits of tropical wood species, our high density Particleboard of various grades has better mechanical properties and superior surface finishing. This allows for sophisticated laminations and makes it an excellent material to manufacture durable yet affordable furniture. Our ISO 9001:2008 certified particleboard has won the International Award for the Best Trade Name (New Millennium Award) and Diamond Eye Award for Quality Commitment and Excellence in 2007, Product Excellence Award from Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in 2009, and has received certifications such as CARB Phase 2 (USA) and JIS F 4 star F☆☆☆☆ Ministry Certificate (Japan). Subur Tiasa Particleboard Bhd factory is located on a 19.71 acre site at Upper Lanang Industrial Estate in Sibu, the capacity output of our Particleboard factory is approximately 120,000 cubic meters per annum.
