Our Hardwood Sawn Timber species range from Yellow Meranti, Light Red Meranti, Dark Red Meranti, Kapur Keruing, MLH (Soft & Hard) to Agathis.

Subur Tiasa Holdings currently manufactures over seven species of hardwood sawn timber (or sawn lumber, 板材, 製材) and owns two sawmills in Sibu and Bintulu: Borneo Lumber and Grace Million.

With a total production capacity of approximately 3,500m3 of hardwood sawn timber per month, Subur Tiasa’s sawn timber product are in compliance with the Malaysian Grading Rules (MGR) and Japanese Grading Rules, which essentially regulates the export quality of a variety of wood products such as sawn timber.

Even as we have successfully penetrated into global markets of Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Middle East, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Hong Kong, we are a firm believer of continually upgrading our machineries and technology to improve our production efficiency and quality.

• Subur Tiasa’s sawn timber can be kiln-dried (KD) or air-dried (AD) as per buyers’ preferences. Two of Subur Tiasa’s sawmills are equipped with kiln drying facilities and produces KD sawn timber of approximately 800-1,000m3 per month (and with a production capacity of approximately 70m3 per chamber).
